How families pay here
We didn't find Hyde Park School in the Texas Comptroller's TEFA finder on October 12, 2026. Unless that changes, a TEFA account can't pay tuition here. To join, a school needs accreditation from TEA or a TEPSAC-recognized body, at least two years of operation, and a nationally norm-referenced test each year for students in grades 3-12. In the meantime, ask about the school's own aid and look at the other sources on our funding page.
This school also enrolls pre-K children. TEFA funds 3- and 4-year-olds who meet a state free pre-K criterion, such as qualifying for free or reduced-price lunch, limited English, or a parent who teaches in a Texas public school. Kindergarten has no such test, so a child can continue here on the full award.
Church-related schools frequently price by congregation membership and number of children, and the state requires those rates to keep applying when a family pays with TEFA. A church-run school may also be eligible for the Edu Fund partner scholarship, which has no income limit.

What to ask on your tour
- Is the school in the TEFA finder now, and will it take part in 2027-28?
- Does billing follow the state's July, October and February deposits, or is a deposit due from us first?
- Which fees, such as books, uniforms or lunch, can be charged to the account?
- What aid, sibling or church-member pricing is available for any balance?
- Are you an approved TEFA pre-K provider, and do you take child care assistance for after-care?
- Which dual-credit partners do you use, and can those course fees come from the account?
